Sunday and it's snowing outside (as usual...). Today it's also the fourth week in "advent". So today all four candles are burning. Four Sundays in a row there has also been a market here in Sigtuna, but I've never had the time to visit it. I'm hoping I'll have the time today!

We never made it to Stockholm city yesterday! Instead we ended up in the car for 1,5 hours and made it to Upplands Väsby (about 20 km from home...). Some accident jamed the trafic so most of the time nothing happened... We decided to go to Täby anyway and mostly my reason was to visit the store Zara... But with my luck, they had closed the store and moved from the galleria... Aphram on the other hand bought a shirt and two ties. The shop assistant was quite amusing... We thought we'd buy Aphram something red, but they didn't have it so I said "how about purple?". Her answer to that was "why purple, all the 'darker' guys like him wear purple. Be different!". So I said ok! Then I saw a tie and I would never buy it but I thought it was cool. So I said "cool tie". Her answer "I hate tie looking like that". HAHA!!!! And she's supposed to sell that to people!!! I liked her very much actually, she was so honest and straight. Not saying "yes it nice, yes that's also nice" to everything you point at. We decided on a white skirt with black stripes and a deep wine red tie. He aslo got a black tie with small silver stars on, New Years perhaps?

Now I better get dressed if I'm gonna make it to the market.

Saturday morning! It's 10 am and I haven't been up this "early" for a while now... Michelle is on the floor playing with her toys and whatching Playhouse Disney. I'm thinking of going to Stockholm city later on today. Breath in the Christmasy feeling while stroling around the stores filled with Christmas decorations. Aphram said he wanted a new shirt for Christmas so perhaps  we'll buy one.

Yesterday was very nice btw. But the best things from yesterday wasn't made by the birthday boy him self... It was Shereen's WONDERFUL dessert!!! Berries gratinated with white chocolate. Me loooooooooooooooooove! Than You Shereen for that!

Now I better get up if I'm going to manage to get in to Stockholm city... Break fast!

We're back home now, and in two hours we'll be going to celebrate Aday. Buuuut! My dear sister in law Kina, stole my gift idea so I didn't buy the thing I intended to buy. Instead I bought two other things =) I hope he'll like them anyway!

Have you bought all your Christmas gifts yet? I have =) On the otherhand, I didn't have so many to buy this year =) But I do have two more to fix. I my grandparents (both sides) are getting a hand print and a picture of Michelle. I have to fix the hand prints...

Now it's play time on the floor! I wanna join them!

Friday and one week to go! Today next week will be Christmas morning and Michelle will experince the wonderful day when Christ was born. Later on a big fancy dinner will be eaten and then Michelle will open her first Christmas gift! She saw her gift today and she wanted to play with it! Luckily she'll forget all about it until friday next week =)

Today lunch will be at TG's, she's serving "kibbe b'ajd". Yummy! Later on we're celebrating Aday's 26th birthday! So HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you! Also during the day I have to purchase his gift... Should I write here what he's getting? Is there a chance he's reading this? Well... I'm not taking any chances... =) He might not read this... But someone else might tell him =)

Soon time to eat kibbe b'ajd... I promise to tell you guys how wonderful it was =)

Thursday evening and I'm sitting on the floor next to Michelle. I turned the lights off and I'm sitting with the light from the tree, the star haning in the window and some candles. So cosy! Michelle on the other hand doesn't understand the cosyness and just wants to tap on the computer! So this part I've written so far has taken me twice the time since I have to rewrite lots of it...

The evening will probably include some tv, some card playing maybe? It's so weird, I have lots of "movie channels" but for two weeks now, they have just shown perhaps two good movies... For example "Mortal Combat", why on earth did they even consider run that movie? And if showing it once wasn't bad enough, they have shown it like 10-15 times! Tomorrow TV3 will show Gladiator. THAT'S a good movie! Unfortunetly they will kill the movie with all the commercial breaks! But hey... It's better than TV4, they also throw in the news in the middle of the movie...

Michelle is now bored and sleepy... Perhaps I should get up and play with her before she goes to sleep.

Today it's Thursday and next week it will be only one day left! Time flies by so quickly!!! Last year this time I was pregnant and excited about my belly and the baby inside it. Now, she's here to celebrate her first Christmas with us! By the way... She's afraid of the Christmas tree! Hahaha! But now she's getting a bit used to it and want to play with the decorations.

Today it's cleaning day. I have to finish my decoration and then make all the boxes dissapear back to the attic (Swedish = vinden). The house also needs to be dusted... BOOOOOOOOOORIIIIIIIIIIIING!!!! Todays dinner will be baked potatoes with tuna and seafood mixture. Not as fancy as yesterday, but I like baked potatoes a lot!

   I put my Christmas tree all my by self! I also managed to make a nice dinner and now it's time to take a shower!  

This is my Christmas tree: (interesting to know is that the people who doesn't like it says it's because it's "to much" and they prefer it more "modern" or "just one color". The people who like it say the like it because it's so colorful and not following any trend...)

I made salmon today for the first time! I made rice mixed with vegetable with it. And all that together with a white wine from KSARA made this dinner great!

Now it's time to take a shower!

Today I'll be busy with my Christmas tree! I love my tree! I very often receive comments like "Your Christmas tree is like a tree from a Disney movie". And I just loooooove Disney! But this year I have to be extra careful so Michelle doesn't come near it. My brother came up with a new position for it in the corner between the couches so it will be more protected from Michelle.

I better start working! I'll post a picture when I'm done!
